Stay Grounded

 

How often should you get grounded? As often as

necessary. Do it until it becomes second nature - until

you become used to being grounded as a natural state.

A grounded state is a peaceful, effective, and healing one.

It keeps you open to new solutions, possibilities, and

oppoprtunities. It will prevent you from falling backward

into anyone's negative energy trap. Being grounded

enables you to continually go forward, moving toward

what you really want in life.

 

안정을 찾아서

 

얼마나 자주 그렇게 대지에 뿌리내리는 연습을 해야 할까요?

필요한 만큼 자주 해야 합니다.

제2의 천성이 돼서 자연스럽게 몸에 익을 때까지 그 연습을 하는 겁니다.

대지에 뿌리를 내린 상태란 평화롭고, 유능해지며,

마음의 상처가 아무는 경지를 뜻합니다.

이 경지에 이르면 새로운 해답과 가능성, 기회가

당신에게 항상 열려있게 됩니다.

이렇게 되면 타인의 부정적인 에너지의 덫에 걸려

퇴보하는 일이 없어집니다.

대지에 뿌리 내리면 지속적으로 발전해서,

진정 인생에서 원하는 것을 향해

나아갈 수 있게 됩니다.
